We collect your name, email, phone number, and uploaded receipt/invoice images. We also collect bank statement data you choose to upload.
Your data is used solely to provide the Bill's Daddy service — scanning receipts, extracting data, generating reports. We do not sell, share, or use your financial data for advertising.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. Receipt images are stored temporarily for processing. Only you can access your data.
We use OpenAI (GPT-4o) for receipt scanning, Razorpay for payments, and Google Analytics for anonymous site analytics. These services have their own privacy policies.
You can export all your data or permanently delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, all your data is immediately and permanently removed.
We use essential cookies for authentication and Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage tracking. No advertising cookies are used.

Bill's Daddy provides AI-powered receipt scanning, expense tracking, and financial reporting tools for individuals and businesses.
You must provide accurate information at signup. One account per phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
To ensure quality service for all users, the following monthly scan limits apply:
Free Plan: 5 scans per month
Personal Pro (₹299/month): Up to 80 scans per month
Business (₹999/month): Up to 150 scans per month
If you consistently need more scans, contact us for custom enterprise pricing. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service through automated or bulk scanning beyond these limits.
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel anytime — your account reverts to the free plan at the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment.
AI-powered extraction is provided as-is. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of extracted data. Always verify critical financial data before using it for tax filing or accounting purposes.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Bill's Daddy is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on data extracted by our service.
